Overview

This policy explains what information Cereont collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Your business memory is private to your workspace.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email), the business information you add (customers, suppliers, projects, notes), and — only if you connect it — email data used to triage your inbox. We also collect basic usage data to improve the product.

How we use information

To provide the service: building your business memory, generating briefs and recommendations, and answering your questions. AI reasons over your data to help you — we do not use your private business data to train shared models.

Data storage & security

Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres), encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per company using Row-Level Security. Secrets are held server-side.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the infrastructure and AI providers required to run the service, under appropriate agreements.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data. Disconnect integrations like your inbox at any time.
