Agreement

By using Cereont you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you agree on that company's behalf.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it.

Use Cereont lawfully. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to harm others.

Premium is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.

You own your business data. You grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you.

AI-generated briefs, recommendations and plans are decision support, not professional advice. Use your judgement.

We work to keep Cereont available and reliable, but the service is provided 'as is' without warranties.

We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
